Can I return worn, damaged, or items without tags?
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If the item has been stained, damaged, or used, the return or exchange will be refused.
- The following products are not eligible for return or exchange, particularly for reasons of hygiene or health protection: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear and bikinis
- Please note that clearance/sale items, gifts, and items indicated as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.
- If you have received a defective/damaged/incorrect item, please contact our customer service, and we will provide an appropriate solution. This does not affect your statutory rights.
*Please check your returns carefully before sending them. We are not responsible for returns of products that did not come from Veronica.

During the sale season, return processing in our warehouse may take a little longer. Your refund will be delayed by approximately 3 to 5 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience.us
