Can I return worn, damaged, or items without tags?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If the item has been stained, damaged, or used, the return or exchange will be refused.<\/li>
  2. The following products are not eligible for return or exchange, particularly for reasons of hygiene or health protection: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear and bikinis<\/li>
  3. Please note that clearance\/sale items, gifts, and items indicated as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.<\/li>
  4. If you have received a defective\/damaged\/incorrect item, please contact our customer service, and we will provide an appropriate solution. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  5. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after receiving your return package.
